All orders are fully insured and trackable until delivery, the courier will contact you directly to provide tracking details.
Once you have placed an order with Jet Set Dresses, if express delivery has been selected we will dispatch your goods within one working day or if standard delivery has been selected within one to three working days. You will receive an email from Jet Set Dresses confirming that your order is on its way to you.
If you are not at the shipping address at the time of your delivery you will be left a calling card to rearrange delivery.

Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of you as the customer. If based overseas your order may take longer to get to you.
Jet Set Dresses does not accept any liability or responsibility for the accidental loss and accidental deterioration of goods shipped or risk of delay or the seller's packing procedures or methods.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We at Jet Set do everything we can to describe our items in every detail possible in order to make a true reflection of the products we sell, due to the nature of shopping online we understand you might not always be entirely satisfied with your purchase.
You have 3 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return any items. The items must be received back to us within 7 days of delivery.
The item(s) are returned to us with the 'do not remove' tag still attached (where applicable on items of clothing). Please do not remove the tag to try on items. If this tag is removed or re-attached we will not make any refund.
You must provide valid proof of original purchase.
The item(s) must be in the same condition as when received. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and be sent back to the customer.
All items must be sent back to sellers in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags and jewellery boxes should be included in your return.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if notification of a refund request is not submitted within 3 days of delivery.
The item(s) must be returned to the seller within 7 days of requesting a refund. Items must be returned at your own cost. We regret that Jet Set Dresses cannot refund the cost of postage. It is recommended that when returning items you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
If you exceed 3 days from delivery to requesting a return, an exchange may be offered at the discretion of the Jet Set dresses. After 3 days have passed the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Goods purchased online at Jet Set Dresses cannot be refunded at any other retail outlets.
To return an item please contact us as soon possible at info@jetsetdresses.com. We will then email you to confirm the address that your item(s) need to be returned to.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your , and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method [within a period of 3 to 5 workings ]. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately by emailing info@jet set dresses.com if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with the seller to make it right.
